This design, titled Super Natural, is based on a famous house post from Musqueam that is currently at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
The print represents the mythical battles between the Thunderbird at the top and Siin'lqi (Two-headed Serpent) on the bottom. The Two-headed Serpent and the Thunderbird are two of the most revered and powerful supernatural beings in Salish mythology.
This limited edition silk screen print titled "Super Natural" by Dylan Thomas was hand produced by the screen printing process. It is the only limited edition printing of this design. The artist has inspected and signed each copy in the edition. All trial copies of this edition have been destroyed and the printing stencils obliterated.
